• All bookings are subject to availability.
   

• A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation.
   

• The balance or full payment is required 14 days prior to travel.
   

• Prices for packages are based on transport ex Kerikeri/Bay of Islands Airport, unless otherwise stated.
   

• Credit card surcharge of 2.5% applicable to all bookings if paying by that means.
   

• Cancellations – a full refund is applied where possible or a credit can be held toward future travel. This is less any cancellation fees that may be enforced from accommodation providers.
   

• Minimum numbers may apply. Please check upon confirmation.
   

• Travel Insurance is recommended.
